The facilities and room were impressive, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. the close proximity to downtown and thoughtful amenities like free WiFi and safe in the room were definite highlights. However, breakfast was a bit of a letdown with the eggs and sausage needing improvement. the incident that required police involvement was unsettling, especially for young guests. Despite the setbacks, the location near Helen DeVos Children's Hospital and Spectrum Health was convenient. the business center, laundry services, and fitness center added to the overall convenience of the hotel. I appreciated the attentive staff, cozy atmosphere, and the peaceful room that allowed for a quiet retreat. Overall, Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Downtown is a stylish hotel that caters to travelers of all kinds, offering a pleasant stay with thoughtful touches and proximity to key attractions.
